BenLeow.com rebirth

Hi, thanks for revisiting BenLeow.com. I know, they were no updates on this site since my last Kinabalu climb which was approximately 1 year ago. There are few reasons for my long absence.

Firstly, I have been busy. I mean, really busy. Self employed is not like what everybody thought. It requires much more effort and longer working hour than previous 9-to-5 job.

Secondly, lack of proper blogging tool. The old site blog was using CuteNews. It was good enough for basic posting of announcement/news. After all, that’s what it is meant for. The brand new BenLeow.com is powered by the mother of all blogs CMS; WordPress. I’m still learning how to fully master the full potential of WordPress. My next task is to learn about WordPress theme so that I can change the current design soon (finger crossed).

I’m not planning to be a pro-blogger like kennysia, hongkiat, liewcf, paultan and the bunch mainly because I’m not very good with words. Like most of them, I am already earning my living from the Internet. However, I am still far from the likes of Gobala who earns 5 figure income monthly, but I do live in a simple and yet comfortable life. Being single does help.

So, what do I plan for the brand new BenLeow.com? Well, it’s gonna fill with my life passions like making money online, web development, web design, Internet, food, traveling, photography, adventure and anything that comes as I grow old. It’s like a timeline of my life, minus the personal details.
