		<description>Weren&#039;t you a tad underdressed for a 4,000mt climb? A plastic poncho (seems like a recipe for sweat, try gore-tex or similar materials), low shoes (try mountain boots) and - I assume - no sandwich or proper food, just energy bars? For a hike that lasted several hours?
