I still remember when I went to apply for my Bangladesh visa via a tour company, the staff looked at me surprisingly and asked “Bangladesh? Why the heck do you want to go there? You work in a foreign worker recruitment company one, is it?”. Now I understand why they reacted like that. When I was in Dhaka, I stuck up like a sore thumb in the crowd.
